Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board /07/201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's application under Section 250 of the C.G. Land Revenue Code is pending consideration before the Nayab Tahsildar, Dabhra, District Janjgir Champa since 22.08.2013 but the same has not been considered and decided till now and, therefore, a direction may be

issued to the Nayab Tahsildra, Dabhra to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Be that as it may, Tahsildra, Dabhra, District Janjgir-Champa is directed to decide the petitioner's application under Section 250 of the C.G. Land Revenue Code expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. However, the Collector, Janjgir-Champa is also directed to seek explanation from the Tahsildar Dabhra as to why the proceeding has not been concluded for last four years initiated under Section 250 of the C.G. Land Revenue Code and after obtaining explanation from the Tahsildar, Dabhra, Collector, Janjgir Champa shall submit affidavit to the Registry of this Court in this regard.

(3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
