1. The present petition is filed to make an enquiry to the police with respect to the fact that the father of the petitioner Shri Puran Singh Dhruw who was traveling from Kirandul to Vishakhapatnam on 23.10.2018 boarded train from Kirandul and found missing at Vishakhapatnam Railway Station.

2. It is alleged that when the report was made to the Police Station Kotwali, Jagdalpur, they refused to take the report and instead directed to lodge a report to the Vishakhapatnam Police, which subsequently registered the F.I.R. It is stated that during the

transit, the GRP was duty bound to enquire as to whereabouts of the father of the petitioner namely Shri Puran Singh Dhruw but they have not cooperated.

3. Perused the documents. Considering the nature of the prayer made, that the petitioner's father boarded from Kirandul Station, therefore, it is the duty of the GRP, Jagdalpur to cooperate.

4. Under the circumstances, it is directed that the GRP police, Jagdalpur shall cooperate and extend all support in making the enquiry to the petitioner. The report, if any, is lodged, the police shall be obliged to register the same and shall make further enquiry.
