Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on petitioner's complaint proceeding under Section 40 of the Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1996 initiated against respondent No. 4 is pending consideration before respondent No. 3 - Sub Divisional Officer, Simga since 29.05.2017 and has not been decided till date.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3- Sub Divisional Officer, Simga is directed to consider and dispose of the said proceedings initiated against respondent No. 4 expeditiously without any further delay. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
