Procedure, 1973, the:

appellant has challenged the legality and dated propriety of judgment of conviction and order of sentence 13 12 2002 passed by the 6th Additional Sessmns Judge Raipur in conVicted Sessnons Tnal No 274/2001 whereby the trial Court has sentenced the appellant under Section of the IPC and sentenced impri'sonment for life and fine of Rs.1000/-. As per report dated 24 O2 2015 of police station Amanaka district Raipur the isole appellant Aimer Singh has died on 30 08 2013 during his treatment at Dr B R Ambedkar Hospital Raipur is 3.

On account of death of sole appellant, the appeal abates and dismissed asabated.
