Present Writ Petition has been filed with a grievance that, the respondent No.4 has not published the select list for the post of Rojgar Sahayak for Gram Panchayat, Bundeli.

The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that, for all the other Gram Panchayats in the district, the recruitment process has been completed and select list have also been published. He further submits that, the petitioner in the instant case is confident of having been selected in the recruitment process, but the respondents without any justified reasons have
till date not published the list of selected candidates for the post of Rojgar Sahayak.

Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not intend in keeping the petition pending and the Writ Petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.4 for considering the representation of the petitioner and to decide the same within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
The respondent No.4 shall also ensure that if the recruitment process is not cancelled or if there is no hurdle in the process of recruitment to be completed the recruitment process for the post of Rojgar Sahayak for Gram Panchayat Bundeli if it has been initiated stand completed at the earliest by publishing the select list of the candidates who have been found eligible for appointment.
