The MCC has been filed for restoration of Writ Petition (227) No.1006/2015, which was dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to revive the same on 9.5.2016. In the said Writ Petition also the respondents were not noticed.

On due consideration of the reasons mentioned in the MCC, same is allowed and Writ Petition (227) No. 1006/2015 dismissed for want of prosecution on 9.5.2016 is restored to its original number. 5.
