1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that despite the report made in the year 2017 about forged muster roll were prepared at village Uslapur, however, no FIR was registered and about the forgery subsequently finding of the Lokpal came into being on 29.06.2018, wherein it was found that forged muster rolls were prepared, therefore, the FIR may be registered.

3. Perusal of the record shows that the report was made on 18.09.2017 and subsequently the finding of the Lokpal was of the month of June, 2018. In view of this, the petitioner shall be at liberty to make afresh report to the police with the copy of the finding of the Lokpal and in such case the concerned police shall act accordingly.
