2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that challenging the order of termination dated 22.12.2016, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the appellate authority, therefore, a direction may be issued to the appellate authority to decide the petitioner's appeal at the earliest.

3. Considering the entire facts situation of the case, ends of justice

would be served if the appellate authority is directed to decide the petitioner's pending appeal at the earliest, preferably within a period of 06 months, from the date of submission of certified copy of this order before the appellate authority.

4. It is ordered accordingly.
