Learned counsel appearing for the applicant, at the outset, submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the present bail application with a prayer that the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of two months from the receipt of copy of this order; and the Special Judge, Dantewada to ensure the proper medical treatment of the applicant Certified copy, as per rules.
