This is a petition filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. for transfer of the case from the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Balod to the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhilai - 3.

On 30.6.2015, when the case was listed for the first time, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner sought time to reconstruct his file. On 10.2.2016, again Learned Counsel for the Petitioner sought adjournment. On 15.3.2016, when the case was heard on admission, notices were ordered to be issued to Respondents No.1 to 7 on payment of process fee.

No process fee has been filed till date.
