(1) This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 13.04.2017 passed in application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (henceforth "Act, 1955") stating inter alia that amount of interim maintenance awarded by the Family Court is on the lower side.
(2) Be that as it may, since the main application under Section
13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 is pending consideration before the Family Court, Bilaspur, therefore the Family Court, Bilaspur is directed to consider and decide the main divorce application filed under Section 13 of the Act, 1955 expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
(3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
