1. Show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner by the Naib Tahsildar, Masturi, against which this writ petition has been filed.

2. The petitioner may prefer reply before the Naib Tahsildar and the Naib Tahsildar before proceeding further with the matter shall take decision in the said matter expeditiously within one month and for one month, the interim order granted by this Court on 10-5-2017 shall remain operative.

3. With this observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
