1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the instant petition has been filed on behalf of AYUSH Medical Association to consider their services for Mukhya Mantri Slum Swasthya Yojna, wherein mobile units are engaged with

the doctors to provide treatment in the urban slum areas. He would further submit that the other States are considering the services of AYUSH doctors, however, the State of Chhattisgarh has not yet considered the same. Therefore, the petitioner has made an application on 13.02.2021 to the Secretary, Urban Administration & Development, Govt. of Chhattisgarh that may be directed to be decided.

3. Without any observation on the merits since it touches upon the policy matter of the State, considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that the application dated 13.02.2021 which has been filed by the petitioner to the Secretary, Urban Administration & Development, Govt. of Chhattisgarh may be decided in accordance with the policy, within a reasonable time.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not observed any opinion as to the accrued right for consideration in respect of the petitioner and its members.
