During pendency of the present Writ Petition, which is styled as W.P. (HC), the Deputy Advocate General, Shri Arun Sao informs that on 01.10.2015, respondent No.6 has been recovered from the custody of respondent No.5 and thereafter the custody of respondent No.6 has been given to the petitioner. He further submits that respondent No.5 has been arrested and he is in jail. Respondent No.6, who is also

WPHC 10 of 2015 present in the Court submits that presently she is living with the petitioner.

Considering the subsequent development, Counsel for the Petitioner submits that nothing remains to be adjudicated and she may be permitted to withdraw the petition.
