1. The present office reference has been filed seeking for modification of the order dated 18.02.2020 passed in WPC 667/2020. The

modification sought for is so far as appearance of counsel for the respondent is concerned. Inadvertently, because of clerical error the respondent has been shown to be represented by the State counsel whereas the respondent Company was represented by their lawyer "Shri Vivek Chopda". Therefore, order dated 18.02.2020 stands modified to the extent that in place of appearance for the State represented by "Shri. Ashutosh Mishra Panel Lawyer", it shall be read as respondent Company represented by "Shri Vivek Chopda".

2. With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC stands allowed.
