Heard Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the remedy available to her under Section 6 of the Chhattisgarh Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Regulation of Social Status Certification) Act, 2013. Prayer is allowed and she is permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file the appropriate application under the appropriate remedy before the competent authority.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
