The Petitioner was appointed as Panchayat Karmi and was terminated on 6.3.1997 opining that one Khudi Ram son of Devendra was the deserving candidate. Litigation continued thereafter when in the meantime fresh advertisement was issued and one Hemant Patel came to be appointed as Panchayat Karmi on 18.10.1997.

It does not appear that the Petitioner at any time sought stay of further appointment or challenged the appointment of Hemant Patel who, it appears was neither made a party before the revisional Court nor has he been impleaded as party-Respondent in the present writ petition. The Court therefore finds no merit in the writ application.

The writ petition is dismissed.
