1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not aware as to which is the appellate authority before whom the petitioner is required to prefer an appeal

against the order of termination, therefore, he has directly approached this Court.

3. Let the petitioner appear before respondent No.3 at 11: 00 AM on 22.5.2017 and on such appearance being made by him, respondent No.3 shall inform the petitioner in writing as to which is the appellate authority before whom the petitioner should prefer an appeal and thereafter, the petitioner shall prefer the appeal within next 30 days.

4. If the appeal is filed within the said period, the appellate authority shall decide the appeal on merits without raising any objection regarding limitation.
