Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that family pension granted earlier to the petitioner has been stopped without any rhyme and reason, against which the petitioner has also filed applications which has not been considered and decided till date.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation for redressal of her grievance before the respondent No.2 within three weeks from today and, in turn, the respondent authority shall consider and decide

the petitioner's application for redressal of her grievance expeditiously preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of representation.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
