Agrawal Order On Board 11/10/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has deposited the entire house loan as taken by his mother namely Smt. Rambha Bai by the Central Bank of India. (2) I have heard learned counsel for the parties. (3) Be that as it may, respondent No.2-Branch Manager, Central Bank of India, Bilaspur is directed to look into the matter of the petitioner and take a decision in this regard, expeditiously from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation, if any before respondent No.2 for redressal of his grievances.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
