Learned Counsel for the State submits that deputation of persons to the Transport Department from other departments was a stop-gap arrangement in view of creation of State of Chhattisgarh. This Court in Writ Petition No.2037 of 2003 dated 29.9.2003 had approved of the same. The stop-gap arrangement has come to an end and proper recruitments have been made in the Transport Department. 2.
