Radhakrishnan, Chief Justice /08/2017 Hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel for the respondent and the learned Advocate General for the State, it is noted that the competent authority in the Government has passed a final order and it has been forwarded to the Treasury concerned for releasing of funds. Obviously, therefore, we can reasonably assume that the amounts due to the petitioners will be released from the Treasury at the earliest. We hope that this will happen in at least three weeks from now. Recording that, these cases are closed.
