The petitioner is challenging the schedule of counseling and clubbing of the post of Economics and Geography at the time of counseling for posting of the persons, who were promoted on the post of Lecturer. 2.

It is the settled law that a Government employee cannot claim posting at a particular place of his/her own choice. There being no enforceable right in favour of any person, the writ petition lacks substance. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
