1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's representation for allotment of Retail Outlet is pending consideration before respondent No.2, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

2. Be that as it may, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation within 45 days from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation, if any.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No cost(s).
