1. The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPC No. 1302 of 2018, which got dismissed on account of a peremptory order vide order dated 17.10.2019.

2. Considering the submission made by the Counsel for the Petitioner saying that infact there was no default, If at all, if there had been any default, that would have been removed well in time.

3. Given the said submission, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for allowing the MCC is made out, the WPC No. 1302 of 2018 stands restored to its original number.
