1. This petition is not direct against any specific order passed by the Court below. The only prayer is made that direction be issued to expedite the trial against the petitioner.

2. Charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner on 4.10.2018, which is registered as Criminal Case No.4209/2018. After framing of charges, number of occasions have been given, but the case has not proceeded in any manner. Not a single witness has been examined till date. Therefore, clearly there is a delay in conducting the trial.

3. Accordingly, the petition is disposed off at motion stage and the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of 6 months. Sd/- (Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant) JUDGE Nisha
