Heard on application for restoration of WPCR No. 67/2018 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 30.01.2019. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 30.01.2019 passed in WPCR No. 67/2018 is recalled. Consequently, WPCR No. 67/2018 is directed to be restored to its original number.
Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
