2. Learned counsel for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the matter in issue is covered by the common order dated 06.12.2013 passed by this Court in WPS No.6927 of 2011 and other connected writ petitions.

They would pray that this writ petition may also be disposed of in the same terms.

3. In view of the above joint statement made, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the common order 06.12.2013 passed in WPS No.6927 of 2011 and other connected petitions. Let the petitioner prefer a representation before the competent authority within a period of one month and thereafter, the competent authority shall take decision in the matter after verifying all necessary facts.
