Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of compliant filed by the petitioner, offence under Sections 457, 380, 365 & 149 of the IPC has been registered against respondents 7 to 18 herein but till date no charge sheet has been filed.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that no direction can be passed at this stage, however, the petitioner is at liberty to file a representation regarding his grievance before the concerned Superintendent of Police, in accordance with law. 3.
