Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 10/07/2017 (1) Counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has made an application for refund of the tuition fee to the Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Welfare by memo dated 8.2.2012 but as the same has not been considered and decided till now, he may be permitted to file duly constituted representation before the competent Authority for redressal of his grievances and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make duly constituted representation to the respondents - authorities for refund of tuition fee in accordance with law and in turn the authority concerned shall decide the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
