1. Order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) & Anr. Etc. Vs. Ajay Chandra Etc. passed in Transfer Petition (s) (Civil) No(s).2302-2342/2017 dated 15.12.217 was not brought to notice of this Court when order

dated 15.2.2018 was passed and it was brought to the notice of this Court on 7.3.2018 in other writ petition.

After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties and in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 15.12.2017, the M.C.C. is allowed and order dated 15.2.2018 is recalled.
