Vyas, Advocates For respondent No.5 : Shri Sourabh Dangi, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 30/06/2015 On 25.6.2015 while hearing these matters this Court directed for listing the case on 30th June, 2015, but it appears that due to typographical mistake instead of 30th June, 2015 the date was mentioned as 30th July, 2015.
Today while mentioning the matters, this mistake has been pointed out by counsel for the petitioners.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submits that in fact this Court had directed for listing the matters on 30th June i.e. today, but due to typographical mistake it was typed as 30th July, 2015.
Considering the request and the urgency shown on behalf of the petitioners, these matters have been taken up today. The order dated 25.6.2015 is modified to the extent that the listing date 30th July, 2015 be read as "30th June, 2015".
Shri Rajeev Shrivastava and Shri N.K. Vyas, counsel appearing for respondents No. 3 & 4 on the basis of letter dated 17.6.2015 submit that the internal marks of 2nd year B.D.S. Examination have been received and result of the said examination would be declared shortly.
In case, the petitioners succeed in the said examination, they would be permitted to appear in 3rd year B.D.S. Examination. In view of above, counsel for the petitioners submits that now nothing remains in these petitions to be adjudicated and therefore, the same may be disposed of as having become infructuous.
