Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per letter dated 24.2.2018 (Annexure P/4) the petitioner's case is being examined by the Municipal Corporation, Durg. He would further submit that the petitioner may be allowed to file reply before the Municipal Corporation, Durg and the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Durg be directed to consider the case of the petitioner's and dispose of the proceedings within the stipulated time in

accordance with the Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961. 2.

Mr.Pankaj Agrawal, learned counsel for respondents No.3 and 4 would submit that case of the petitioner will be considered by the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Durg within a period of four weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for respondents No.3 and 4, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Durg to consider the case of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order in accordance with the Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961.
