Learned Counsel for Respondent No.5 submits that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous on account of the fact that the grievance of the Writ Petitioners has been redressed by an order passed in W.A. No.223/2014, which was decided on 6.10.2014. 2.

Taking into consideration the order passed by this Court in W.A. No.223/2014 dated 6.10.2014, the instant Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
