In a proceeding for maintenance initiated by non-applicant/wife, the Family Court, Bilaspur by its order dated 29/04/2015 directed payment of Rs.3,000/- per month to the non-applicant as interim maintenance finding that the fact of marriage is not in dispute and considering the financial status of the applicant and need of non-applicant for food, clothing etc., which is sought to be challenged.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and considering the financial status of the applicant and need of the non-applicant for food, clothing and maintenance, I do not consider to be a fit case for interfering the amount of interim maintenance granted by the Family Court. 3.
