The present MCC has been filed by Applicant seeking restoration of WPS No. 6586/2011 which got dismissed for want of prosecution on 4.2.2020. 2.

Having heard the contentions put for by learned Counsel for Applicants and also going through the pleadings in the MCC, subject to the Applicant depositing an amount of Rs.1000/- (One Thousand Only) to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund within a period of one week from today and thereafter on furnishing a receipt of the same to the Registry of this Court, WPS No. 6586/2011 would stand restored to its original file.
