Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order on Board 08/01/2020 1.This writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 25/08/2018 (Annexure P/1) passed by respondent No. 1 herein rejecting the application filed by the petitioners for grant of leave/parole.

2.A careful perusal of the impugned order would show that accepting the recommendation of S.D.O.P., petitioners' application for grant

of parole has been rejected and no valid reason has been assigned.

3.At this stage, Mr. H.S. Ahluwlia, learned Deputy Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that petitioners' application for grant of parole will be considered afresh within 15 days from today.

4.The impugned order is hereby quashed and petitioners' application for parole is restored for hearing and disposal in accordance with law. District Magistrate is directed to consider petitioners' application for parole afresh within 15 days from today.

5.Accordingly, the writ petition stands allowed. No cost(s).

6.A copy of this order be sent to the District Magistrate, Bilaspur for needful and compliance by e-mail/fax today itself.
