1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in relieving the petitioner inspite of the fact that the petitioner stands transferred from the present place of posting as early as on 22.08.2019 (Annexure P/1).

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents No.2 to 4 to take an appropriate decision, so far as relieving the petitioner in

terms of the order of transfer at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
