1. For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed and WPC No.2709/2016 is directed to be restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- by the petitioner to the High Court of Chhattisgarh Middle Income Group Legal Aid Society within a period of one week, failing which this order shall lose its efficacy. The default in the writ petition shall be corrected within one week.
