At the outset, Shri Anumeh Shrivastava, learned counsel appearing for respondent Naya Raipur Development Authority on advance notice, would submit that the NRDA shall decide the petitioner's representation for allotment of land in accordance with law and the rules and regulation framed by the NRDA.
