The grievance of the petitioner seems to be the action on the part of the respondents whereby the services of the petitioner has been absorbed in July, whereas according to the petitioner, he became eligible for being considered for absorption in January itself and therefore their request has been made for treating the petitioner to have been absorbed in service with effect from the period immediately upon his become eligible for absorption. 2.
Let the petitioner make a detailed representation in addition to that he has already made in respect of his claim and respondents No.1 & 3 shall take an appropriate decision on the same at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
