Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has served with the notice dated 9.5.2017 stating that he is entitled for floor area ratio in lieu of compensation, whereas he is entitled for actual compensation. He would further submit that the petitioner has already objected the same, but that has not been considered and decided by the Municipal Corporation, Raipur.

Be that as it may, respondent-Municipal Corporation is

directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner for compensation, if any, if the petitioner's land is required for widening of road within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
