Agrawal Order on Board 04.09.2017 (1) This writ petition is directed against the order dated 29.03.2017 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) Dabhra. (2) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is also entitled for compensation of the land bearing Khasra No.40/1 Jha, which the Sub-Divisional Officer has not granted.

(3) Other side would oppose.

(4) I have perused the judgment impugned & heard the learned counsel.

(5) Civil Court has granted decree in favour of the Petitioner so far as the land bearing Khasra No. 40/1 Kha is concerned, no decree has been granted so far as the land bearing Khasra No. 40/1 Jha is concerned, therefore, Sub-Divisional Officer is justified in rejecting the claim of the Petitioner. I do not find any ground to interfere with the order impugned. (6) The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
