2. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.100/2019, registered at Police Station Ramanujnagar, District Surajpur, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 of the I.P.C.

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the application with liberty to move again after examination of the witnesses

MCRC No. 1621 of 2020 namely; Rahul and Kumari Vimla.

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.
