For Respondents : Shri Samir Behar, Panel Lawyer. Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 07/07/2017
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that several petitions preferred by the Part Time Sweepers have been settled and disposed of by this Court. In one group, the issue pertains to payment of salary/wages to the Part Time Sweepers and in other group, the issue pertains to confirmation of appointment of Part Time Sweepers. In WPS No.1918/2017, the petitioner had prayed for confirmation of appointment and not for releasing the salary/wages. However, by inadvertence, wrong order has
been typed and the subject matter for which the petitioner had preferred Writ Petition has not been dealt with.
2. Learned State Counsel would not dispute the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. In view of the submission made, the order dated 24.4.2017 passed in WPS No.1918/2017 is recalled. The Writ Petition be restored to its original number and placed for hearing before the appropriate Bench.
4. There being error apparent on the face of the record, the Review Application stands allowed.
