1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent no.3 to provide demarcation report in respect of the demarcation done by the respondent no.3 on 18.01.2018 on the subject land situated in Khasra

No. 144/4 measuring 0.049 hectare in Tahsil & District Bilaspur.

2. To the limited relief sought for, the State counsel does not oppose.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent no.3 to provide the demarcation report to the petitioner in respect of the aforementioned subject land which had been demarcated on 18.01.2018 by the respondent no.3. Let this exercise be completed within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
