1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be the non settlement of retiral dues like payment of gratuity and releasing of GPF amount to the petitioner who stood retired w.e.f. 31.03.2018.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been retired from more than 3 years now, he has not received any amount towards gratuity
and provident fund etc. and that he has approached authorities on repeated occasions and the writ petition also pending consideration.
3. Given the limited grievance that petitioner has, the writ petition stands disposed of directing respondent no. 2 to 5 to immediately process the claim of the petitioner in accordance with rules, so far as his claim for gratuity and GPF amount etc. are concerned and also in respect of any other unpaid retiral dues, if any, and the same shall be processed and finalized at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days, failing which the entire amount of retiral dues payable to the petitioner shall carry interest at the rate of 10% per annum from the date of retirement till the date of actual payment.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
