Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an amount of Rs.57,306/- was got deposited from the petitioner on the pretext of releasing pension and other retiral dues.

Be that as it may, the petitioner would be at liberty to make representation before the competent authority who shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
