1. Aggrieved of the action on the part of the respondent No.3 in posting the respondent No.5 as a Block Education Officer inspite of petitioner though he is not eligible and qualified for the said post, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a request that since he has already made a detailed representation to the respondent No.1 & 2 in respect of the said action, let the present writ petition be disposed of at this juncture directing the respondents No.1&2 to take an appropriate decision in accordance with law within stipulated period.

-23. The limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the State counsel.

4. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has and the relief prayed, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents No.1&2 to take an appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law so far as posting of respondent No.5 as a Block Education Officer of Bhopalpattnam, District, Bijapur, at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
