1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for is for an appropriate direction to the respondent no. 4 to take a decision on the application for mutation of the property pending before the respondent no. 4 inrespect-of property over which the petitioner has a decree in his favour from the competent civil court, the application is pending consideration since 2017.
2. Given the limited relief sought for by the counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the State counsel.

Accordingly, the respondent no. 4 is directed to ensure that the proceeding for mutation initiated by the petitioner by way of application be decided, at the earliest preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. The writ petition accordingly, stands disposed off.
